The Lakes Region Flag Football League, in conjunction with NFL Flag Football, provides a structured and organized football program that focuses on the basic fundamentals of football. The LRFFL offers a 5-on-5 non-contact flag football league and player instructions to the children of the Lakes Region area of New Hampshire. We welcome all boys & girls ages 4-14 to join our fast-growing league.

Our mission is to provide a safe and enjoyable youth sports experience for all players and their families regardless of skill level. We emphasize positive coaching, healthy lifestyles, and we work to foster an environment where all children are given the opportunity to succeed. Teaching and emphasizing the importance of sportsmanship, discipline and life skills are some of the many aspects instilled by our coaches, parents, and administration. Each child that participates in the LRFFL will experience life lessons that go far beyond the game of football.

The LRFFL's focus is to teach boys & girls how to play the sport of flag football, not how to win or lose a game of flag football. By working together as a team, success is measured by overcoming obstacles. It is our goal to provide the children in and around the Lakes Region area of NH with an opportunity to participate in this fun, affordable and instructional youth sports program.

We offer: NFL Flag Youth Leagues in the Fall and Spring. Youth Co-Ed age divisions: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U & 14U. We also offer Adult Flag Football Leagues: Fall League Plays Sunday Mornings @ 10AM and the Spring League Plays Sunday Afternoons @ 4PM.
